Abstract


Informatization is one of the main characters of modern times. It deeply affect global competition and infrastructure which includes technology, economy, society, culture, politics and military. It will be the commanding point of future development.The paper analyzed the background of information times, analyzed the popularization of electronic political administration and improvement of the use of management information system. As the numbers of united front work persons growing more and more, the traditional way of using paper-based document is not enough, so we construct the Information Management System of United Front Work Persons which aims at“Four-Forming”and contains a lot of functions. We divide the united front work persons into 6 types, and state the character of each precisely. When analyzing the demand of the system, we take integrity, applicability for each division and security into consideration. We design the general infrastructure, statistic model and security model of the system, so that we can make sure of the goals, the range of persons and the extension of levels. According to the need of our work, we construct the Information Management System of United Front Work Persons which integrates 7 functions into 1 system. At last, we put the system into software, operating environment and operating system.The Information Management System of United Front Work Persons stated in this paper builds up the personal information database of United Front Work Department of CPC Shenzhen Committee. It can effectively strengthen the management of different types of persons, analyze the distribution and movement of United Front Work Persons in Shenzhen. It can solve the problem of personal information request, updating of data, statement of name list and eternal storing of data, so that it helps us to make decision scientifically and provides information services for human resource management, analyzing and decision-making.
