According to the requirements of chemical production and the development of information technology , in considering domestic chemical production status on the basis of modern industrial constantly networking and chemical production equipment remote control the angle of view, the discussion papers PLC remote monitoring technology , Web-based PLC control system of remote monitoring . The paper discusses the structural features of the remote monitoring of industrial production trends , the proposed design of the remote monitoring programs, including the design of the overall structure , hardware architecture design , software design , communication design . Website Design and Web server structures , proposed and implemented the PLC remote monitoring site design , database communication WinCC Web Navigator - based remote access solutions . From multiple perspectives , the papers discuss the security design of remote industrial networks . This system utilizes a state-of-the-art computer technology , Web technology , learn from Siemens Totally Integrated Automation design ideas by using the PHP software Apache Software Siemens software and other industrial Ethernet control network and information network integration , build a remote control and monitoring of remote industrial monitoring and control network , and the use of Web technology designed remote monitoring sites , industrial information sharing . The system 's design reflects the openness of the production of information technology , shared , interactive and collaborative features , positive role in promoting the modernization of industrial production .
