With the rapid development of science and technology, machinery manufacturing industry has achieved rapid development and progress, the device structure increasingly complex and long-term operation under harsh conditions such as high-speed, high-temperature, overload, making the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology becomes and more important. In recent years, the rapid development of embedded technology, integration into the embedded technology will become the trend of the development of the core technology of the new generation of intelligent instrumentation. The subject of research work is built on top of the actual needs of the petrochemical unit of the business-to-pump group dispersed the intelligent state analysis and fault diagnosis, design and development of a ARMS3C2440A core hardware systems and Windows CE 5.0 operating system Analysis diagnostic platform software system inspection. This paper highlights the the inspection analysis diagnostic software system design and development of content, and carried out a detailed description of each part of the design process of the entire software system. First introduced the kernel level BSP modifications, including UART asynchronous serial interface driver module modify, modify EBOOT part of the code to increase the the EBOOT USB download function to modify the LCD screen LCD driver so that the interests of the instrument's LCD display, modify STEPLDR part of the code increase the boot image display function. Secondly, the transplantation method of the Windows CE operating system, and English interface of the system to add in the original operating system performance characteristics, the conversion of the English interface, modify the registry HIVE registry saved thereby increasing the practicality of the system. Sleep wake-up mechanism based on the design of low-power embedded instrumentation thinking then introduced, detailing the system to wake up dormant throughout the implementation process, as well as two implementation methods: external interrupt sleep wake and the wake of the RTC interrupt sleep. Finally expounded the the Windows CE operating system device driver model stream interface driver model and interrupt mechanism, and detailed introduction of based on the research and development of the stream interface driver model Ⅱ C bus temperature measurement-driven program, power-driven monitoring procedures and matrix keyboard driver program, as well as the drivers of three functional modules. Has been tested and feedback, this project developed software platform has better stability and availability of diagnostic analysis based on inspection of the software system will soon put into small batch production and use in the field.
