Electronic testing machine is to test the important mechanical properties of materials, mechanical test equipment, electronic testing machine has a very wide range of applications, it can detect the materials needed to do tensile, compression, torsion and strength and hardness of the test. With modern science and the rapid development of detection technology, the original electronic testing machine control system can not satisfy the majority of users of the demand for measurement of mechanical properties of materials, so very desperate for a new generation of electronic testing machine control system, It is imperative to be toward the intelligent, digital and integrated aspects of forward.Based on this situation, we need to learn and summarize similar products of advanced technology at home and abroad, developed a target to meet the requirements of the current material testing a new type of simple operation, wide range of applications, test performance and reliable electronic testing machine. This test machine has become a large research institutes and large manufacturers are pursuing. This thesis focuses on this task, mainly to complete the design of the following areas:A detailed overview of electronic testing machine structure and working principle of the system and introduce electronic testing machine monitoring and control system structure and control system design.For measuring electronic testing machine control system hardware design, focusing on fixed-point DSP chip based TMS320F2407A system master controller design, given displacement sensors, load sensors and strain sensors in the chip selection and circuit design, specifically addressed based on IPM DC power circuit of the digital servo drive system.Introduction conventional PID and fuzzy control principle, on the basis of fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm of the control strategy and design of fuzzy control algorithm based on this controller.The power electronic testing machine system from the DC servo motor control system in establishing the program and hardware design, with its controlled DC servo motor as an object, using the speed of current dual-loop speed control system, establish the mathematical model of the system, and this strategy Matlab simulation and experimental result analysis.
