Abstract


As information technology continues to expand in recent years, campus network construction ushered in a new period of rapid development . Campus network engineering has become an important development strategy of contemporary university content , and measure the level of university education is one important indicator . Construction quality of the campus network, not only greatly facilitate the daily college students studying and working on the standardization of school management and improve the educational level also has important practical significance. Campus network construction project involves construction and IT projects, two fields, with a multi- branch system , investment and other characteristics, so the project quality management has put forward higher requirements. Paper combines HEU campus network construction project itself , the use of project quality management theory and the HEU campus network construction project quality management system for a systematic study . Firstly, analysis of the current domestic and international campus network engineering background , and elaborates HEU university campus network construction projects of the basic situation , the goal of building and basic content. Then, the paper analyzes the quality management HEU campus network status , identify network project of the main problems , combined with the characteristics of IT project quality management analysis of causes . Subsequently, the paper uses the project quality management and other related theories , combined with the actual situation of the project to construct the HEU campus network construction project quality management system , including: quality target system, quality control system and quality assurance system, and analyze and determine the detailed content and workflow . Finally, the paper presents HEU campus network construction project quality management system implementation process , methods and safeguards.
