Optical coherence tomography ( Optical Coherence Tomography , OCT ) is a non-contact, non-invasive detection of new optical imaging technology, with high resolution, high sensitivity , and so on . OCT imaging system near-infrared light source can be used to measure the human body , and thus will not cause damage to human tissue , no damage tomography has a great prospect in the field of biomedical imaging , particularly in ophthalmology detection . Due to the special structure of the human eye , light easy access to OCT technology has a good prospect of application in ophthalmology . This paper focuses on the theory of fiber -based time-domain optical coherence tomography system , described a method for the detection of human anterior segment OCT system design . The first chapter describes the overview of the development of the OCT technology and a wide range of applications of OCT technology field ; Chapter II then introduced the principle of the time-domain OCT technology and fast scanning optical delay line technology, and theory the probing depth analysis of the system , the signal-to-noise ratio and other key parameters , which demonstrates the possibility of the system used in the detection of anterior segment tomography . Chapter Intro anterior segment OCT the various components of the system , including the sample arm and the reference arm , the coupler , the detection circuit . The fourth chapter describes the system resolution and signal-to-noise ratio test , anterior segment OCT images , analyze the reason of the anterior segment image distortion and its corresponding image correction method and calibration measuring corneal thickness , anterior chamber angle width and so on. The system uses a broadband light source with a center wavelength of 1310nm , designed based on the fast scanning optical delay line phase-modulated optical coherence tomography ( OCT ) system . And use self-developed scanning probe human anterior segment tomography images , to provide a more accurate tool for the quantitative measurement of human anterior chamber structure information , to pave the way for the clinical application of the anterior segment OCT system .
