Abstract


With the great development of telecommunication services, new technologies and new businesses is increasing. For the business of the allocation of resources, the acceptance of business has to handle with not only the traditional copper access mode, but also face new FTTX access mode, In this case, whether accurate resource allocation or not, to choose voice and data nodes, becomes a difficult task to limit business process and user perceptions.In order to improve the efficiency of business processes and maintain the user’s perceptions, a software system of the allocation of resources is developed in this paper with the increasing complexity of business processes. The existing management systems of telecommunication resources and the integrated business platform are analyzed. The paper designs and develops the support system of business transaction to achieve to configure the deployment of moving resources under the composite access mode.Issues in the business process and business systems are analyzed and DCN network and database constitute feature are researched in the paper. Using B/S framework, data hierarchical accessing procedures and storing procedures are designed to implement different access modes of voice and data nodes to compute and display in broadband. Then design the main program of practical interfaces and data query and display and complete the deployment of software systems, installation and testing. Finally propose some improvements for the other parts of the system.
