Abstract


The medical record is the beginning to the end of the formation during thecollection of text, images, video and other information recorded in patients in thehospital clinics, is a science and technology archives. Its role is very extensive, hasgreat value in clinical practice, medical teaching, medical research, and to resolvemedical disputes, and other activities. The continuous progress of human science andtechnology, making electronic medical records began and the rapid development ofcountries in the world dedicated to the exploration and research of electronic medicalrecords. In particular, the concept of the digital hospital and hospital information, andis driven by the development of electronic medical record-based hospital informationengineering.But the attendant problems have become increasingly prominent, and that is howto implement the sharing of electronic medical record information. This problemabroad as early as the1960s began a preliminary exploration and practice. Limited tothe number of hospital laboratory data acquisition and analysis. Today, although theforeign in the electronic medical record information-sharing on a lot of progress, butstill not able to do the widest range of electronic medical records information sharingthat the ultimate goal. China’s development in the electronic medical record is alsorelatively late in this area is simply carried out some preliminary exploration. It can besaid that the electronic medical record information sharing are the main topics ofcommon interest of the world in the medical field.The paper is divided into the following parts: The first part is the introduction ofElectronic Medical Record Information Sharing background, significance andresearch status at home and abroad; the second part of the electronic medical recordsshared services models and technical standards; the third part more representative ofthe Sino-US electronic medical record information-sharing systems and analysis; partIV summarizes the main problems in the electronic medical recordinformation-sharing; fifth part of the electronic medical record information-sharingconstruction and the corresponding countermeasures and resolve part VI of theprogram; for the conclusion.
