Abstract


With the environment of Triple play, networked high-speed universal, Smarthome is not on paper，the home gateway platform as its core components, particularlyin need for development and research. Domestic and foreign companies devotedthemselves in research and development in line with their national conditions, and fitthe home gateway products for the company’s existing conditions.In this paper, the design program smart home home gateway platform is toovercome the shortcomings of traditional microcontroller and PC, using theembedded ARM processor hardware platform as a gateway processor, to build theLinux development environment as the software part, at the last study embedded webserver, and and design the basic functionality of the web server, the main work andresearch results are as follows:1. Through compare and select an existing network as the home networking, inthe final select ZigBee wireless networking to the gateway node device communicate;2. Appropriate design of hardware module on the gateway platform, to build thehardware processing platform, especially on the RS232module interface extensionsto facilitate a seamless connection with the company’s existing background musicsystems, video-sharing systems;3. Development environment of built embedded the ARM-Linux the softwareof porting-embedded Boa server, etc. The gateway system development softwarecode using SVN version of the controller to control practice that can guarantee thesafety of the various development documents and easy to upload and view previousversions; analysis of ZigBee module, wireless communication devices,the design ofthe node device information to read the program and the gateway, datacommunication protocol; 4. Using CGI and SQLite technology to research and realize the gateway webserver, CGI, using the standard C library CGIC, design CGI and SQLite databaseprogram to add room;5. Finally, to achieve the basic functionality of the web server, including addand delete the room, add the user information and so on, finially, make a summaryand outlook about the work this paper had done.
