Abstract


The current world economy presents the characteristics of globalization and information service outsourcing industry is even more significant supporting role in the national economy, the adjustment of the industrial structure in the world but also to create more opportunities for China's software outsourcing industry. In national and local government policy support, provincial and municipal services outsourcing industry has been rapid development. Wuhan is one of our first batch of cities involved in the outsourcing field, in recent years, Wuhan software services outsourcing larger, but compared to other cities in Jiangsu and in terms of firm size and competitiveness of enterprises, there is a large gap. The competitiveness of enterprises lies in strengthening the technological innovation capability of enterprises. Speed ??up the development of software service outsourcing in Wuhan quickly enhance the technological innovation capability of the software service outsourcing enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so as to drive the economic development of the region has some of the theoretical and practical significance. The ability of technological innovation as the key elements of the survival and development of enterprises, is a manifestation of the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this regard, many scholars from different angles expand the technological innovation capability of enterprises, research is mainly focused on the concept of enterprise technology innovation capability evaluation system, evaluation methods, and other aspects. But companies only on the basis of full understanding of the technological innovation capability of the status quo, to find ways to enhance the technological innovation capability of enterprises. Mainly for software service outsourcing research at the national, regional industry, such as the status quo mode, countermeasures, little literature for software service outsourcing enterprises, limited to human resource management and quality management. Therefore, the study of software service outsourcing enterprises to explore the influencing factors of software service outsourcing enterprises technological innovation ability, analysis software service outsourcing enterprises technological innovation capability of the status quo, explore feasible path that help to improve the technological innovation capability, enhance the core competitive, it has important practical significance. In this paper, the status of research on the basis of the technological innovation capability and service outsourcing, combined with the characteristics of software development outsourcer to build a software service outsourcing enterprises technological innovation capability evaluation index system. Software service outsourcing enterprises in Wuhan, through research, on the basis of access to data and information Wuhan software service outsourcing enterprises in technology innovation ability, focusing on the analysis of Wuhan software service outsourcing enterprises in technological innovation capacity status quo and using SPSS statistical analysis software to explore the factors that affect the software service outsourcing enterprises technological innovation, technological innovation capability of the software service outsourcing enterprises in Wuhan empirical study, a series of conclusions, which proposed to enhance the software service outsourcing enterprises in Wuhan Suggestions technological innovation capability.
