At present, IT has penetrated all areas of operation and management of financialinstitutions, financial industry has become highly intensive and highly dependent onIT.The rural credit cooperatives, as the main force of rural finance, informationtechnology platform has become its core competencies. The information systemsecurity, is not only an important foundation for its development, but also related tosecurity of the banking as a whole and stability of national financial system.The paper mainly studies the application of information security technology atthe rural credit cooperatives. First, explants and elaborates the mainstream dynamicsecurity model and the main technology of information security. Analys the status ofthe information system, security technology, and information security model of ruralcredit cooperatives. I analyze in detail the current problems of information securityexisting rural credit cooperatives. Next, for the aim to build three-dimensionalinformation security management system of grass-roots rural credit cooperativesbased on the WPDRRC model, I have analysis in detail on these three elements ofmanagement personnel, systems, strategies, and these six technical aspects warning,protection, detecting, response, restoration and counterattack.At last, according to previous analysis and based on the WPDRRC model, I makethe basic design on the information security system of grass-roots rural creditcooperatives. I make the overall design on it, from the eight models of Secureoperating systems, database management, warning, protect management, intrusiondetection management, response and recovery and defensive back, security riskdetection and analysis, security policy management, I also make the functional designon it.The study of this paper provides a feasible basis for the further development ofthe information systems security work in grass-roots rural credit cooperatives. Theinformation security management platform of rural credit cooperatives, which beendesigned based on WPDRRC model, has a positive, realistic meaning, with referenceto other financial institutions in the information security.
