As computer networks has been more widely used in daily life and work , the network application has also been a high degree of attention . However, due to the limitations of the network itself , many network users can not timely and computer network Unicom or China Unicom state is unstable, so how to make these network users to enjoy anytime , anywhere network applications is a subject worthy of study . This article is based enterprise collaboration software Lotus Notes to explore and practice a program to solve the offline web application . There are two main ways to achieve offline applications : a desktop application , namely the need to install a software for offline applications operating . The another offline Web applications, which is based on browser plug-ins need to complete the offline application operation . In order to achieve better cross-platform , reuse , and to obtain a better user experience , this article uses a second way that the Web offline applications to enterprise collaboration software Lotus Notes offline network application solutions , the enterprise collaboration software the entire offline module is based on the form of a browser plug-in release , install and use . Based on the enterprise collaboration software users offline application behavior needs analysis , the use of the object-oriented approach to system design , the use of the B / S architecture and technology combined NPAPI framework Lotus Notes software for offline access the offline plug and synchronization management of two large modules. Offline plug-in to help users of Notes network applications operating in an offline environment , Synchronization Manager to help users manage local offline booking a local copy of the offline web applications , together to achieve the user through the the offline plug and Synchronization Manager network applications offline use and management . Realized enterprise collaboration software offline module to support Notes users of the system off-line applications , enhance user ease of use of the system , improve the efficiency of collaboration between enterprise users and improve user satisfaction of enterprise collaboration software .
