Abstract


As in recent years, satellite communication in our earthquake relief, ocean escort communications and other fields are highlighted the important role that China has recognized the great efforts to develop the importance of satellite communications in the country. However, just now in terms of satellite communications equipment, ground equipment, most still rely on foreign imports or cooperative research and development. In national security considerations, with independent intellectual property rights of satellite ground terminal equipment is significant. Described herein, a satellite communication system is in such conditions came into being. Satellite communication ground systems including satellite communications center stations and other types of mobile stations. Central station by the network server, network control servers, four satellite channel unit and RF components, responsible for the whole operation of the system management. However, because the system does not support the use of the satellite channel cell system requires the SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol, SNMP) management. Therefore, the project mainly aimed at non-SNMP hardware platform constructed on a SNMP Agent, enabling satellite communications network monitoring and management. Channel management is the use of a variety of adaptive channel allocation strategy and interference detection, power detection and other functions combine to improve anti-jamming capability to achieve load balancing for the purpose to manage the satellite link channel resources. Through the channel management can guarantee normal communication under the premise of optimizing the channel link quality, reduce interference and satellite channel transmit power and resources to achieve balance. The project is in the domestic and international satellite network control network management system is analyzed and studied, and in accordance with the actual needs of the customer made, this paper policy mode, the adapter mode design pattern design a flexible-use SNMP-based satellite communications ground station network control center network management system, and the application of sophisticated XML (eXtensible Markup Language, Extensible Markup Language) storage technology, Agent-based unified management and control interface technology and other technical methods, complete with fault reporting, operational control, channel configuration, interface management and other functions of functional modules, to achieve a satellite channel unit control and management. Meanwhile, the paper carried out on the satellite channel allocation policy analysis and research, practical for different communication needs, to realize the four channel allocation policy so that it can be more rational allocation and dynamically adjust the satellite link channel resources.
