Coal mine monitoring system is an important measure of the work of production safety, and countries in coal mine safety production supervision is gradually enhanced, which requires the coal mine monitoring system should not only on the function more comprehensively, communications are critical to further enhance the real-time property while ensure reliability., in order to facilitate timely enquiries and management the environment parameter information.Aiming at the coal mine monitoring system exists some problems, such as communications protocol don’t open and can’t compatible, sub-stations performance is not high, and so on, this paper puts forward a mine gas monitoring system based on ARM and multi-sensor fuzzy data fusion. Communication use optical fiber Ethernet + the can bus way, the main controller of monitor sub-station is 32-bit ARM processor S3C2440A, the performance is superior to the traditional monitor sub-stations based on microcontroller, the software is developed in Linux system. The fuzzy data fusion method in monitor sub-station can get a comprehensive integration judgment through fuzzy set theory methods of gas concentration, wind speed and temperature this three environmental parameters,so in a single sensor problems still can come to the correct conclusion,and this conclusion is more accurate and reliable.The frequency converter’s output is controled according to the fusion results,as to achieve local-ventilator speed control,which can determine the size of ventilation according to the actual need,not only achieved the purpose of energy-saving, also make the safety production in coal mine of automation level can be improved extremely.The upper machine adopts industrial control software configuration kingview 6.52, using VB design serial literacy programs, then the DDE way realization VB and kingview communications, which is solved the problem of kingview’s driver don’t support S3C2440A.
