Abstract


Office automation OA (Office Automation) system is a use of computer and network technology to improve business office efficiency and achieve office automation information processing software system. Office automation systems for the enterprise business processes to provide software support to achieve business automation , standardization , information sharing , task allocation and strengthening mutual cooperation of various departments . Dissertation service-oriented architecture SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) for the study, for the enterprise workflow features launched a systematic study of the development of SOA-based office automation system , the paper work was completed for the following research : 1. For current domestic and international research and application of OA system , analyzes the OA system deficiencies , we propose a SOA-based solution that enables systems to business -centric service design , business and technology phase separation process to separate , eliminating the different communication protocols , hardware and software platforms and develop ways to bring integration issues . The program has the flexibility , availability, integration , scalability , etc., to meet the current needs within the enterprise . (2) the problem for OA systems work together , using Lotus Domino / Notes development tools, designed and implemented a corporate cross-sectoral , cross-regional , cross- domain collaborative office systems while providing the C / S structure of the Notes client and B / S structure of the client , to facilitate users with different permissions for different functions are used. 3 . Designed a SOA-based workflow engine internal business process documents tracking and control processes , using OS Workflow process definition syntax navigation process steps and process control , in order to take into account the security of the system and process flexibility sex . 4 According to the characteristics of OA system function modules of the system to be divided , the focus of electronic documents module design and implementation , and operation of electronic document workflow process design, and presents four routing control. Through the Portal technology and to establish a unified enterprise portal , customize your own work platform.
