Abstract


The farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization is set up by farmers with their free will. It takes serving farmers as the tenet , conducts production and business as ties, regards the cooperation on production ,processing and distribution as key realms, and considers protecting benefits of farmers and increasing their income as its purpose. It is a self-business, self-management and self-accumulation economic organization independently responsible for profit and loss. This article uses institutional economics as the key analysis on the basis of studying the professional cooperative current situation of the development of the farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization of our country, carries on analysis and discussion by combining practice that the government of Zhucheng supports the development of farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization, pursues the effective methods that the government supports the development of farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization, and offers beneficial advice on government launching relevant work and the other areas developing farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization.The Studies indicate that the government has made the comparatively obvious effect through pursuing industrialization of agricultural managing and rural community. But in the government support for farmers’specialized cooperative economic organizations , there is policy orientation that has a partiality for and the effectiveness of the support policy is not strong. The public products supply is insufficient. To promote and regulate the development of farmers specialized cooperative economic organization, the government support direction should be as follows: First, make sure of the government function of supporting farmers specialized cooperative economic organization. Second, complete and perfect the policy of supporting the development of farmers specialized cooperative economic organization. Third, regard rural community as carriers and put up the brand-new public service platform.. Fourth, insist on developing method" transform, standardize, improve ".There are two possible innovations of this text: First, summarize experience and method that the government support farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization through pursuing the industrialization of agricultural managing and rural community: Second, propose regarding rural community as carriers and putting up the brand-new public service platform; give advice on developing the government’s first motive force in supporting farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization by speeding up specialized peasant household.
