Abstract


Display of light and color characteristics of the human eye 's visual effect is very critical . With the display industry markets and rapid technological development, international standards and monitor display of national measurement standards laboratory equipment to carry out the research work is gradually and continuously improved . Which displays dynamic measurement studies increasingly highlight the urgency , but a lot of display measurement parameters , stage monitors measuring instrument display also can not meet the needs of development and dynamic measurement . Standard equipment in our laboratory to establish the standard device detects extensive experience in order to monitor the optical parameters are measured as a starting point , using a systematic approach developed a fast and reliable display dynamic measurement system. Image processing and display based on the basic principles , we combine the human visual characteristics , the preparation of the three -color detector will display light color signal into an electrical signal that can be quantified . Our design of the output current signal of a dedicated amplification circuit and auxiliary circuit , the fast measurement and obtain a voltage signal recognizable . With a data acquisition card with the corresponding software on the output voltage signal at the same three-way acquisition, get detected display raw data. For the raw data measured by analyzing the corrected measurement object is given a correction factor , to achieve the display brightness and color coordinates of the real-time measurement , to complete the design of the measurement system . In the system calibration process, using standard brightness source , standard LCD monitor white field , standard LED display white field and shutter chopping steady light source, to compare measurements obtained linear systems , stability , real-time and rapid measurement of performance characteristics . In the calibration process has been completed the instrument value transfer . In the end of the measurement data of the system uncertainty analysis done for different values ??of the measurement object is given a color coordinate correction value . The system realizes the real-time display accurate measurement of optical parameters to fill the display characteristics of light color dynamic measurement / monitoring , blank , for the display of dynamic process of observation has important significance. For the rapid measurement of dynamic image display provides system solutions for measuring speed to reach the domestic advanced level.
