Abstract


In the era of knowledge economy, competition among enterprises in the final analysis human resource competition, thus, electricity repair and maintenance enterprises should adapt to this trend and judge the actual situation according to their own specific, securing the enterprise human resources management. In China of power generation overhaul maintenance Enterprise human resources management has its own features, and generally, there are six main aspects:human resources demand of real-time sexual very strong, high school low-end human demand in different of period, and different of project and project of different stage differences larger, power generation overhaul maintenance enterprise by Department of background complex, human resources by required knowledge, and skills, and experience of accumulation time cycle more long, in human resources management aspects often old of problem has not been thoroughly resolve, new of problem has abound, each aspects of interests conflict become larger. Enterprises and their management and operation of the project are nagged by the ageing and much needed updating of human resources.This paper mainly from the present situation of human resource management of power generation maintenance enterprise, which including relationship problems the so—called institutional setup problems, the most basic production backbone and simple labor gap, human resources complement gap with the new problems by the analysis of the research, and the maintenance power generation enterprise human resources allocation, namely the power generation enterprise and its maintenance for specific projects of human resources type, level and effectiveness. To the assessment of the needs of human resource and available human resources evaluation analysis to determine the specific project requirements, so as to we can plan enterprise human resources construction and implementation of specific project scale, the unique organization structure, as well as project team management and after the completion of the project of the actual project team sent scheme. Design the human resources of performance management system and flow management system. Design optimization should be directed against the actual condition of TD maintenance section of the human resource management system, which belongs to DADL for maintenance engineering company.
