Abstract


In modern society, with the development of science and technology、the deepening of economic system and the increasingly fierce market competition, practitioners in various fields are under varying degrees of pressure, this situation both at home and abroad has become common. Chicago International research and domestic Horizon Research both have confirmed the seriousness of this situation.In China, as China’s market economy is improving, competition has become more white heat, the competition between the civil aviation business is no exception. With the improvement of operation standards of the civil aviation, the capacity and quality requirements of airport staffs are also increasing, which makes the airport staff under increasing pressure, particularly the security staff, the work stress is quite a lot.This paper selects the security staff of Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport (DLC) as the case study, through the questionnaires, analyses the situation of work stress、the source and the adverse consequences of the work stress, and on this basis proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for the work stress problems.This paper includes the following:Chapter 1 is the background of this case, on the basis of the description of the DLC and its security station, elaborates the situation of security staff of DLC.Chapter 2 is the analysis of the case, mainly describes the meaning and mechanism of work stress、the meaning and classification of work stressor and theoretical models of work stress, and then analyses the situation of work stress, the source of the stress, the negative consequences and the managerial strategy of the work stress.Chapter 3 is the countermeasures and suggestions. Based on the case analysis, proposes the specific measures for improving the work stress problems based on the individual level and the organizational level.Finally, summarize the conclusions of this study.
