Abstract


Performance evaluation is an important content of the organization and personnel management, but also one of the powerful means for the organization and management. The purpose of the performance evaluation is through improving the efficiency of each individual assessment, and finally achieve the objectives of the organization.This paper is on the basis of analysis of the system of administrative enforcement of xuzhou maritime performance evaluation system of the study.This paper discusses the method and principle of performance evaluation, and points out that the performance evaluation in the role of management is in. Combined with the maritime administrative law enforcement of internal and external factors on performance evaluation system requirements, the existing evaluation system of some defects existing, and through the analysis of the related theory, developed the new performance evaluation index.Performance evaluation index was determined, how to use this to a real evaluation indexes system is an important subject. This article chooses to actual evaluation using the ahp, the structure of the performance evaluation of maritime affairs administration law enforcement level analysis model, and puts forward the reasonable application of performance evaluation for the maritime sector, xuzhou personnel management decision provides the reference.As a kind of brand-new "explore" and carry out the maritime administrative law enforcement performance evaluation not absolutely perfect solution, but can have the right idea. Set up and perfect the administrative law enforcement performance evaluation on the basic concept, we need to rationally define its positive significance, sure, and in combination with the current practice, and on the basis of perfect evaluation content, will maritime administrative law enforcement performance evaluation into legal system, systematic and standardization of the track, and realizing legal enforcement, law enforcement for people, the public satisfaction.
