Abstract


Enterprise Performance internal characteristics , a product of the enterprise system and enterprise resource role , it will change with the external market competitive industry environment and market structure factors . Whether it is with a the exogenous theory or endogenous theory to study the root causes of the differences in corporate performance will have some limitations . Most directly affect corporate performance is the most important factor in the human capital of the enterprise , it played a crucial role , build competitive advantage and performance enhancement Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable development , we must establish a line of effective incentive mechanism to play a human capital initiative, the purpose of the added value of the human capital and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises . Human capital property rights as a human capital incentive -based , it is the core of the right to return on human capital , and the pay is the actual performance of the human capital gains right , so we can easily come , the perfect reasonable salary can not only promote the human right to capital gains realization , and the ability to motivate employees to work harder , and to maximize the utilization of the human capital . Enterprise performance pay system , as well as human capital , regardless of the actual should they still theoretical foundation has close ties . In this paper , the relationship between the author is going to \conducted a comprehensive in-depth study of the three differences between the root of the theory , the aim is to establish a theoretical framework to show the relationship of the human capital, corporate performance , as well as pay system , in-depth study of the root of enterprise performance differences , and explore how to remuneration of establishing a modern enterprise system , while the theoretical results are applied to the construction of the modern Chinese enterprises pay system can provide reference for the construction of the Chinese companies pay system .
