Abstract


Learning society and Life-Long learning make the elementary school and middle school teachers producing the strong idea to continue learning. At the same time,the New Curricucum Reform make the teachers have to get a further study effectively,and make them pay attention to their own professional development.All of this.make teachers have needs on effective traning of the continous leaning.The last,the present training in Guangzhou City can’t meet the teachers’ needs.and its effectiveness shold be improved.As I am a high school physics teacher in Guangzhou City,I have some experience and feeling about the station and development of continous learning.In addition,I pay attention to the teachers’ continous learning for a long time and accumulate some materials. As the above reasons,this study mainly adopts literature and survey method,based on the teachers’internal needs of continous learning,research the continous learning needs of the high school physics teachers in Guangzhou City,find its main questions and analyse its reasons,then explore the effective training stategies of the continous learning for the high school physics teachers.From the survey, we can find the main problems including:the firstly, the teachers have no deep understanding about the continous learning, and they can’t attendthecontinous learning actively. The secondly, the teachers’ learning financial burden is heavy. The thirdly, the teachers pay more attention to the practice and ingnore the theory. The fourthly, the contradictions between the working and learning is serious. The fifthly, the teachers against the policy-force continous learning. The sixthly, some teachers think it has not separate the different grade in the training, so the effectiveness is not clear. The reasons for the above situation including:l.The teachers are content with the courrent situation,lack the positive initiative and professional pursuit.2.The teachers produce the mood to the continous learning,which is urged by the force way,like executive order and assessment.3. The teachers are dissatisfied with the high fee.4.the teaching content lack the effectiveness and targetment,and reduce the teachers’ interest.5.The task of contious learning is too heavy, and influence the effect.To improve the effectiveness, I think we can do it better from the following aspects:1.Continous learning is the important method of teachers’ Life-long learning and development.The high school physics teachers should change their view, realize the necessity of the teachers’ continous learning.2. Perfect the teachers’learning fee sharing mechanism,carry out the related funds supportment and fee preferential policies seriously,improve the funds using benefit.3.Combine the teaching content with practice,consider fully the teacher needs and the society and education development needs.4.Ensure the teachers’time of continous learning,reduce the contradictions between working and learning.5. Reform the old learning methods,pay attention to the need of each level and different station, improve the effectiveness of training.6.Establish the more effective eouragment mechanism,inspire the interest and enthusiasm of the high school physics teachers.
