Abstract

At present, urbanization process in China is coming into a period of rapid growth. The larger urban agglomeration has rised quickly. Both urban regionalism andregional urbanism have developed highly. Urban interaction is becoming more andmore frequent.Since the city exists in the interrelation region, urban land price is nolonger simply determined by its internal factors, but more depends on the influence ofregional background. These explore spatial interaction in the area on the effect ofurban land price deeply, and reveal the space distribution features of regional urbanland price, help make full use of land price leverage to coordinate regional urban landprice level, work out the land price policy, optimize the distribution of urban landresources and achieve macroeconomic control upon the national urban land market. The author introduces the connotation of gravity model, which builds on thesystem theory, location theory, urban land price and spatial interaction theory. Thispaper discusses three related parameters: regional adjustment coefficient, the qualityof urban land price and the distance between cities, and builds the gravity model uponregional urban land price. The author also adjusts urban land price for regional spacewith the regional influence of urban land price index. Finally, this paper takesJing-Jin-Ji metropolis circle as a case to test the model. The results show that:(1) From regional influence perspective between cities:Beijing takes strongest interaction between Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Zhangjiakou,Chengde, Langfang; Tianjin takes most powerful interaction between Tangshan,Cangzhou; and Langfang takes mightiest interaction between Beijing, Tianjin. Thisshows that in the space effect, Jing-Jin-Ji metropolis circle area has formed into thecenter contact node of Jing-Jin-Lang.(2) From the overall regional influence perspective:Regional spatial interaction of Jing-Jin-Ji metropolis circle forms nine groups,eighty-one city pairs. Tianjin, Tangshan, Qinhuangdao, Baoding, Zhangjiakou,Chengde, Cangzhou, Langfang nine cities in their regional group of respective role, ranks the first two interaction strength on Beijing; Beijing, Tangshan, Cangzhou,Langfang four cities in their regional group of respective role, belongs to the top twointeraction strength on Tianjin; Langfang in Beijing, Tianjin area function of grouping, interaction strength comes first. In the role of Zhangjiakou, Chengde regions group, interaction strength ranks the second row, and Beijing, Tianjin, Langfang belong tothe top three interaction strength on nine other cities. From the whole spatialconfiguration perspective, regional urban land price of Jing-Jin-Ji metropolis circle, presents "the Jing-Jin-Lang directivity" strongly.(3) The relationship between urban interaction and regional urban land price:The Jing-Jin-Ji metropolis circle regional urban land price after region revised, presents a three echelon in spatial structure: The land price level of Beijing ranks firstin the area, which belongs to the first echelon; Tianjin is the second in the area, whichranks the middle group; the land price level of Eight cities in Hebei province, is farbehind the Jing-Jin, which belongs to the last echelon. Compare urban land pricerevised with the original urban land price dynamic monitoring result data, we will findit presents basically the same trend in spatial distribution characteristics. This suggeststhat regional spatial interaction between the city and the urban land price distributionpresents positive correlation. The gravity model of regional urban land price can fullysimulate the effect on regional spatial interaction and urban land price. Therefore, urban interaction is one of influencing factors of regional urban land price.
