There is no doubt that technological advances will change the landscape of various domainsof life and work with the development of Internet Technology. Internet Deviate Behavior occurswith the use of computer in work-related activities. It affects not only the efficiency of theemployees, but also the effective use of enterprise broadband, enterprise information security, aswell as leads to the formation of some of the bad habits of the employees. Due to thetechnological advances and the high dependence on network and computer, the behavior inhigh-tech enterprise is more common.The research about Internet Deviate Behavior began in the1990sin abroad.The areasincludecauses of internet abuse, classification, impacts and management control.And domesticresearch is only just on the way. This thesis first introduces the concept of Internet DeviateBehavior, high-tech enterprises and the research in foreign and domestic. Then the authorusedthe empirical research to investigate the present situationof Internet Deviate Behavior in thehigh-tech enterprises in China.Finally, the author analyzed organizational factors causing thisphenomenon and then provided the basis for effective management of the network deviantpractice.The conclusion of this thesis verifies the assumptions of the study. The conclusions include:(1) in the Chinese context, the organization factors of Internet Deviate Behaviorcan be dividedinto four categories: work saturation, organizational justice, organization supervision and workmode;(2) work saturation, organizational justice have negative related on Internet DeviateBehavior: themore low of work saturation and organizational justice, the more Internet DeviateBehavior;(3) organization regulatory has significantly efforts onInternet Deviate Behavior:thelooser supervision organization, the more Internet Deviate Behavior;(4) change in the mode ofthe network deviant is significant not been validated.At last, the thesis argued differentprogramaccording to different influencing factors, such asenriching employees work content, improving saturation, further improving the management ofthe regulatory system and enhancing employee organizational satisfaction managementcountermeasures through focusing on the psychological contract management.
