Abstract


China in agriculture-based countries , the rural population accounts for 70 % of the country's population . Since the reform and opening up , China's urbanization process accelerated security weakening of the land , and the implementation of the family planning policy, the family structure of miniaturization , the youth population is large - scale transfer to the city , the aging of the population continues to deepen , the traditional family pension weaken , so care of elderly farmers increasingly grim. Thus, to establish and improve rural social pension insurance system , has become a far-reaching impact of China's socialist construction and very urgent problem . To carry out the social pension insurance system in rural China from 1986 to explore and practice , dating back more than 20 years of history , has experienced the exploration the pilot θ1986 - 1995ι is . Steady progress θ1995-1998ι. Rectify and standardize θ1998-2002ι the innovative development θ2002 far ι four stages . Domestic scholars in this process of exploration and practice , the study of the rural social endowment insurance system , mainly starting from the specific models and programs , covering almost all aspects of the rural social endowment insurance , such as pension mode . Mode of financing and government responsibility , has achieved a lot . But at the same time we found that research . The lack of empirical and quantitative analysis of the literature , relatively few farmers to the satisfaction of the rural social endowment insurance . In this paper, based on the analysis of the research status , in-depth analysis of the farmers' pension . Rural social endowment insurance and satisfaction theory , and then focus on analysis from the point of view of the individual needs and government supply influencing factors of rural social endowment insurance satisfaction , and then construct the rural social pension insurance satisfaction evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model , example of empirical research and the Beichen District, Tianjin , and put forward the related countermeasures suggestions to enhance the satisfaction of the rural social pension insurance , the achievements and shortcomings of the study concluded , and prospects for future research , hope for China's new the promotion and implementation of the rural social endowment insurance provides a meaningful reference .
