Abstract


Urban-rural integration is the only way that human move fromtraditional agricultural society to modern industrial social to advance.With the rapid development of society, it is seriously unbalancedabout social and economic development of China’s urban and rural.Long-term formation of the urban-rural "dual structure" has alreadycan not adapt to the economic development of society, it is Restrictedto the improvement of the national economy overall development leveland the achievement of the national modernization overall goal. Thereport of the eighteenth congress of party stresses that promotingurban-rural integration development is conducive to speeding up thesocialist market economic system and the transformation of thepattern of economic development. Report has distinct eracharacteristic, it completely accords with the actual development ofChinese society and have a great significance of promoting thedevelopment of urban-rural integration. Integration of urban and ruraldevelopment is the fundamental way to solve the problem of"agriculture, rural areas and farmers", it requires to further increasethe intensity of balance urban and rural development as a whole andmakes the broad masses of farmers share the reform developmentachievement. Tangshan city in Hebei province as the precedent tobalance urban and rural development, accelerate the development ofurban-rural integration, the integration of urban and ruraldevelopment process have a certain uniqueness and typicality. Analysis the advancement mechanism of Tangshan city of urban-ruralintegration have important theoretical significance and practicalsignificance for Tangshan city to speeding up the overall relationshipbetween urban and rural and promoting the development ofurban-rural integration.The paper based on Marx’s theory of division of labor betweenurban and rural areas, rural urban theory, urban and rural integrationtheory as the theoretical basis, and integrated use of developmenteconomics, regional economics, institutional economics andeconometrics knowledge and principle, combining with the domestictypical urban and rural integration development model, empiricalmodel of factor analysis as the main, using the available data, buildingthe Tangshan urban and rural integration development levelevaluation index system. Through system analysis, draw theconclusion: Tangshan is the integration of urban and rural primarystage.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, thepaper analyses the urban-rural integration development of Tangshancity present situation level, to summarize characteristics of Tangshanurban and rural social and economic development, and put forward ofthe main train of thought on the development of urban-ruralintegration. speeding up rural economic development, activelypromoting the urbanization process, vigorously developing the countyeconomy, optimizing the industrial structure between urban and ruralareas, improving the social public utilities, improving urban and ruralmanagement system, strengthening the construction of ecologicalenvironment, achieving comprehensive evaluation of Tangshanurban-rural integration development level, playing a guiding role toTangshan urban-rural integration development.In short, through analysis the level of development of Tangshan urban-rural integration and development level of regional differences,the integrated use of principal component factor analysis method,factor analysis method, etc. It deeply researches the paper. Theresearch enriched the connotation of urban-rural integration in theoryand drawing people’s attention to the urban and rural integrationdevelopment in the thoughts and ideas; In the aspect of practice,system study of policies and measures has strong pertinence tourban and rural integration development of Tang Shan city, itadvantageous to the policy, in order to realize overall urban and ruraleconomic and social coordinated development and urban and ruralresidents common prosperity, it realizes the integration betweenurban and rural areas finally.
