Abstract

But of rapid development, and a real estate market bubble, and grow out of the economy, the government found in this case, the macroeconomic policies had begun to take effective measures, to cure the economy, while the property market as a macro control of the key. in the country’s current policy, an intuitive way of management decisions are no longer a competitive advantage, the new situation in which management and planning, the project is a way. Project planning is to identify the causal relationship between things, the path to evaluate the future and also the basis for project decisions. Chinese real estate enterprises must improve their planning and management capacity, which is the best solution to find a way out and seek development in the fierce competition marketThis article use "Pangang Group Chengdu Real Eatate LTD(hereinafter referred to as Pangang Group Real Eatate)" project as a sample, which was developed by Panzhihua Iron and Steel Property Company, combined with the characteristics of the real estate itself, using the real estate projects throughout planning theory find the causes. Through the process analysis of project planning and management, find the project management factors. Take advantage of the project planning process framework system, find the appropriate solutions to this problem, which creating a "Rambler Garden" project management framework throughout the planning system.Basing on the analysis, conclude and refine a number of effective project management conducive, and I hope this method and theory can be a good practical reference to enhance the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company’s other real estate project management.
