Abstract


Article on the basis of previous scholars on the meaning of the Banking efficiency of capital allocation has been re-defined, joint-stock commercial banks based on capital allocation efficiency of the induction status and influencing factors analysis, to extract the corresponding indicators and builds the Cobb - Douglas function model for joint-stock system commercial banks efficiency of capital allocation. Then, it uses the cost-effectiveness analysis of stochastic frontier method and measures joint-stock system commercial banks efficiency of capital allocation specifically. At last, we find that joint-stock system commercial banks average practical efficiency of capital allocation is high by analyzing and testing the results. But, there are large differences between them. So, this article considers these corresponding factors and gives some specific strategies that we should improve the quality of funds, reduces the rate of NPL, develops assets steadily, strengthens the staff training and so on. As a result, it can help these companies to further improve themselves competition.
