Abstract


China 's commercial banks, especially state-owned commercial banks , non-performing assets ratio , the amount has been well-known fact . Contains a potential financial risks . These are not conducive to the good functioning of the banks to carry out operations and the national economy . After all these years of hard work , though already paid off but there is still a huge pressure . How to make use of more innovative ways of disposing of non-performing assets increasing attention . Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries have the use of asset securitization to a more mature financial markets . As a low-cost means of financing . The securitization of non-performing assets by the national attention, and gradually mature and improve . China has also started to try this method to solve the non-performing assets of the commercial banks in China , and some progress has been made ??. In this paper, the development of China 's commercial banks non-performing assets securitization process , analysis and summary . International representative of the practical experience of the securities in the United States , Japan and Poland , combined with China's actual conditions a few observations on the development of China 's non-performing assets securitization .
