Abstract


Stable operation of commercial banks is essential to the healthy development of the national economy , so the world attaches great importance to the supervision of commercial banks . In this paper, by analyzing successful practices in the U.S. banking regulatory practice and the presence of defects , especially after the financial crisis in the United States to take a series of financial reform measures , combined with the actual situation of the development and reform of China's banking sector is proposed to improve China's banking regulator The countermeasures suggested that expect to be able to provide reference for the Chinese banking regulatory reform . The problems exposed by the financial crisis , the United States , such as banking supervision regulatory vacuum exists , the banking regulatory delays , financial innovation does not match the real estate credit market supervision and inadequate information disclosure regulation , its financial regulatory reform , mainly from a functional regulatory changes to the targeted regulatory limit banks to engage in high-risk business , giving the Federal Reserve greater supervisory duties . China to fully draw on the experience of the financial crisis , the banking supervision to do the following improvements : banks should be prudent operation can not ignore the risk of housing mortgage loans , a correct understanding of the relationship between financial innovation and financial supervision and the establishment of a unified regulatory system , at the same time to strengthen the banking supervision international cooperation; China introduced at the same time the Chinese version of Basel III is the new framework of banking supervision in China in the future .
