Abstract


With China 's foreign direct investment continues to expand, China 's foreign direct investment enterprises are increasingly wide attention from scholars at home and abroad . Although some scholars of China's foreign direct investment from the theoretical and empirical determinants has carried out many fruitful research , but given China 's unique social system and economic transformation characteristics , these findings are not well explained China 's foreign direct business investment behavior. In this paper, China's national interests as the starting point , combined with the current situation of China's foreign direct investment , focusing on the determinants of China's foreign direct investment in the national interest factor. This paper answers two questions: 1, the current Chinese foreign direct investment determinants of what happened ? 2 , these changes reflect the essence of what kind of behavior ? Study normative analysis and empirical analysis methods combined. First, in the system summary and combing FDI from developing countries on the basis of the theory of the development status of China's foreign direct investment , characteristics, motivation analyzed ; Then, for China's foreign direct investment factors carried out empirical econometric tests ; then change for China 's foreign direct investment characteristics and empirical results presented based on China 's foreign direct investment in the national interest point of view ; Finally, in the conclusion of the study under the guidance of China's foreign direct investment made ​​to achieve national unity of interests and business interests , require government, business and industry associations to work together in three areas suggestions .
