The listed banks play the role of play a decisive role in the modern economic society, as China’s banking reform and opening to the outside world, the banking industry fierce competition has been kicked off, the domestic listed commercial banks are faced with the western developed countries foreign bank competition, explore China’s Listed Commercial Bank Performance Evaluation and influencing factors, business the performance of listed to help scientific assessment of commercial bank, improve commercial bank’s performance level, enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks.The commercial bank performance evaluation has been a hot issue in academic circles in recent years, the main elements, evaluation of performance evaluation of evaluation index, evaluation content, evaluation criteria and evaluation methods, there are scholars have done related research, but due to historical reasons, work to build a performance management system in China commercial banks have been less than ideal, this paper summarizes the theory and method of the current domestic and foreign commercial bank performance evaluation, combining the development situation of China’s listed banks, choose the bank financial index, to build China’s commercial banks’ performance appraisal index system from the profitability, liquidity, security and growth in four aspects.This paper chooses the listed banks in2008to2012financial data, first with the help of SPSS software, using the factor analysis for the performance of the commercial banks to explore and score, objective and fair from the bank safety, profitability, growth and four mobility system comprehensively construction of listed banks performance evaluation model, the general state-owned banks generally inferior to the other joint-stock banks conclusion. Then, the bank performance score and bank management perspective, using EVIEWS software to build the performance effect panel data model of factors, factors that affect a significant are the top ten shareholders, the board of directors, executives and staff quality scale equity multiplier. Finally, this paper combined with the actual situation of the listed banks, puts forward effective and reasonable advice from the bank’s perspective, research for the performance evaluation of listed commercial banks in China to provide feasible ideas and lessons.
