Abstract


The financial industry as the core of modern economy and the hub, connected to the socio-economic aspects as well as the lives of the people. To provide financial support for the sector in the national economy through to play its capital intermediation function of the financial industry; pulled funds from a sunset industry and inferior industries play through the resource allocation function and injected into the emerging and dominant industries, in order to achieve the optimization of the industrial structure upgrade; financial sector as one of the tertiary industry, its bigger and stronger will promote the development of the tertiary industry. This shows that the necessary link between the development of the financial sector and industrial structure adjustment, played a crucial role in the adjustment of industrial structure. China is extremely uneven economic development of an area of ??a large developing country. Strong external finance its development is closely related with the development of the national economy and social stability, from a focus on the economic development gap, the gap between social development and even the point of view of the political issues to consider, we must pay attention to the development of domestic financial regional disparity. By our country, by region, is divided into three regions of eastern, central, western and upgrade the relationship between its financial restructuring and industrial structure optimization, theoretical analysis and empirical research, for the realization of the regional financial structure adjustment and industrial structure upgrade to propose appropriate policy recommendations, not only further enrich the research of the correlation between financial development and economic growth, at the same time will also be conducive to narrowing the gap of economic development of the eastern, central and western regions, in order to achieve the coordinated development of regional economy. Firstly, research industrial restructuring on financial development at home and abroad were briefly review the financial structure adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure interaction, and the basis of the theory in the theory of financial structure and industrial structure evolution, interaction theoretical framework; After the development status of the financial structure and industrial structure of China's eastern, central and western regions of the comparative analysis of indicators and construct an appropriate financial structure adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, the use of the unit root test, cointegration test Granger causality test method to examine the relationship between the financial structure adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in China's eastern, central and western regions, respectively, from the two aspects of the development of the banking financial intermediaries as well as the development of the capital market. Come to play a certain role in promoting China's eastern, central and western regions distortions of the development of the financial industry, which did not upgrade the industrial structure. The last on the empirical results derived from China's eastern, central and western regions financial structure adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure put forward a number of policy recommendations.
