Abstract


Vehicle insurance has been the important insurance of insurance, In recent years, with the expansion of the consumer vehicles market, The vehicle insurance business in Shandong Province has developed rapidly. Since compulsory insurance of vehicles has carried out in 2007,the scale of vehicle insurance business is basically stabilized over 60%, becoming the first major insurance of property insurance. The operational efficiency of vehicle insurance has been directed impact on the operational efficiency and healthy development of the insurance company and insurance industry. The operative loss of the whole industry for consecutive years is caused by the irrational competition of companies. As for premium income, Shandong vehicle insurance market has entered a rapid period of development, but the vehicle insurance business development has not brought corresponding benefits to the whole property insurance industry. On the contrary, long-term vehicle insurance business is at a loss. This deviation from the normal business of development and the high-speed operating lloss is the current reality of Shandong vehicle insurance. According to the industry data, the risk of insurance companies operate vehicle insurance is very obvious, Therefore, the Analysis of influencing factors of vehicle insurance operational efficiency has an important practical significance. To find the root causes of loss of vehicle insurance business from the perspective of risk control and put forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to promote health and sustainable development of the vehicle insurance industry and help the insurance company to provide better service to consumer, the paper states the analysis on the cause of a loss in vehicle insurance and give some suggest.In order to find the source, promote sustainable and healthy development of Vehicle insurance health, while helping insurance companies to provide consumers with better service, better play the role of the insurance functions of social security. From the point of view that the Vehicle insurance business efficiency, proposed the corresponding solution countermeasure. This thesis selected from 2006 to 2010 for five consecutive years of operating data, preliminarily studies the generated movement mechanism of the core enterprise and drifting trajectory. On the basis of empirical analysis on the typical supply chain to redefine the core enterprise, assimilate the experience of domestic and foreign research results, through the systematic comparison, using questionnaire analysis, descriptive analysis method and empirical analysis of the development of Shandong Province, state auto insurance auto insurance business efficiency and impact factors. The possible innovations, one is the use of descriptive analysis and empirical analysis methods, from the point of view of theory of Shandong Province auto insurance market operating efficiency analysis, The two is through expert questionnaire method, the regulation policies and external management environment difficult to quantify the factors are classified and analyzed, from the actual operating point of analyzing the influence factors of Shandong Province auto insurance business benefits. Demonstrated by the results of the analysis, targeted to make to improve the operating conditions of the current auto insurance policy recommendations for the insurance companies and the industry management decision-making.
