Abstract


In recent years, with China’s rural economic development and the acceleration ofurbanization into the city, urban and rural structure urgent need to be broken. Thetraditional rural small size scale of production has been unable to meet the demand ofsocial progress and people’s consumption demand, traditional agriculture begins totransform to modern agriculture, The new ecological agriculture become the inevitabletrend of The Times. The development of modern agriculture has unique advantages inscientific and technological culture, knowledge dissemination, which is conductive toplay the exemplary role of technological innovation and radiation effects on thesurrounding areas of economic. So the development of modern agriculture in ourcountry’s modernization construction has important strategic significance. However,ecological agriculture starts later and strategic management is not mature. How to seizethe opportunities of the ecological agriculture enterprise and realize resource-intensive,labor-intensive to capital-intensive, technology-intensive of the modernization of theagricultural transformation, how to take into account the ecological benefit and socialbenefit while in the pursuit of economic efficiency and walk out of the road of economicdevelopment cycle, gradually become each enterprise as a problem.Peng Yang, Hunan ecological agriculture as a sustainable development of advanceddemonstration unit, the construction and development of ecological agriculture in theprovince have a typical example. Based on the theoretical research, This papersystematically studies the Peng Yang company development strategy. First, it analyzes theecological agriculture strategy selection mechanism and strategic choice of designmethod; Second, using PEST and SWOT analysis method, it excavates the enterprise’sinternal and external environment, studies the enterprise’s own advantages anddisadvantages and finds the facing opportunities and threats, that provide a good basis forstrategic research; Third, combined with the company’s environment and developmenttask, put forward four strategic elements: research and technology strategy, businessdevelopment strategy, marketing strategy and financial planning strategy; Last, thispaper provides some safeguard measures of the company’s development strategyimplementation.
