Abstract

Since ancient times, the Chinese on this magical continent of Africa occurred inextricably linked: from Ming Zheng He's voyages several times visited the East African countries, to the twentieth century, colonial oppression and independence, liberation which established the country similar to the bond between the brothers of mutual support and help to the development of both the connection of the new century - the establishment of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum, and finally to Now consecutive sessions of the Forum was successfully held in China and African countries Contact underway. Development, as one of the two main themes of the world, has increasingly become the object of the congregation of national concern. China and most African countries are all developing countries. As the most populous country in the world, China is a huge consumer market, and along with the digestion and absorption of more and more advanced things, more and more capacity relative surplus technology tends to be eliminated; And as members of the ancient earth most of the African countries and developing countries, but it is rich in natural resources, there is a huge potential for industrial development and its development in the post-independence inconsistent. Because of this, in recent years, the Chinese government continuing to adopt various policies to encourage the kinds of large, medium and small enterprises to go abroad, to the continent up to find a new space for development. This article shall conform to the trend of national development for basic research. The second part of the paper is divided into four parts: the first part of the theory expounded thesis support and meaning, including theoretical overview of the domestic and foreign scholars on cross-border direct investment, the thesis of theory and practical significance; historical development order, mainly on the background on China-Africa Cooperation, Sino-Zambian economic and trade relations, including the development of Sino-African exchanges historical retrospective and the founding of new China-Africa exchanges the traceable development status of the history of Sino-Zambian economic and trade relations and described the evolution of the Chinese enterprises to enter Zambia process; mainly on Chinese enterprises to invest in the Zambian study, including corporate investment opportunities in Zambia and challenges. Have investment opportunities in the enterprise section focuses on the the Zambia country's macro and industry investment environment likely to face challenges in business investment, respectively, from the two levels of the common phenomenon of the African countries and the special circumstances of the Zambia National elaborate and through field survey interview, this section summarizes the current of praise in the investment enterprise operations; fourth part is the conclusion of the paper, is the sublimation of the content in the front, mainly for the Chinese enterprises to invest Zambia to face the opportunities and challenges, combined with on-site investigation, I proposed investment strategy options, including Chinese enterprises to invest in Zambia's main selection, industry selection, based primarily on location choice and strategy recommendations and other proposed measures. I hope these policy recommendations able to be heading for Zambia investment enterprises to enlightenment.
