With the increasingly accelerated process of economic globalization, Chinese capital markets continue to develop, there are a lot of equipment manufacturing enterprises is the inevitable result of economic development, the inherent requirements of the market competition, is an active market sentiment, absorption of the employed population, sustained economic growth, maintain dynamic conditions of market economy is an important pillar of development of the national economy, plays a critical role in the life of the Chinese socialist market economy.However, Chinese equipment manufacturing industry is showing a trend of rapid development and expansion, but also face many problems and shortcomings, shortage of funds has become an important factor restricting the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises, the promotion of corporate financial performance to improve equipment manufacturing enterprises have to face a problem. At present, the financing structure and financial performance between areas of research, scholars have only investigated the impact of the business performance of the financing structure, while in the inspection of the financing structure to affect performance, but was ignored, therefore, there is very necessary to our listed the financing structure of the company’s business performance in-depth study.Based on the above reasons, the equipment manufacturing listed companies in Guangdong Province in2009-2010operating data collection of survey analysis, trying to find the financing structure and financing preferences of the equipment manufacturing industry, the listed company in Guangdong Province, as well as the financing structure and financing preference impact on business performance.The focus of this study is to reveal the mode of financing of the change would inevitably lead to changes in the structure of corporate finance, thus affecting the financial performance of the enterprise.First, starting from the geographical point of view, listed manufacturing companies in Guangdong Province, on the basis of the results of previous studies, using descriptive analysis methods from many aspects of the financing structure of the equipment manufacturing industry listed companies in Guangdong Province, come to the problems of the financing structure of the equipment listed manufacturing companies in Guangdong Province, such as debt structure is irrational, long-term high levels of indebtedness and other features.Second, by choosing the Guangdong Province equipment manufacturing listed companies in2008,2009, the sample data in the2010Annual Financial, the financing structure and corporate financial performance studies, to build the model of financing structure on firm performance relationship.Finally, try to determine, in accordance with the conclusions of the empirical research to optimize the financing structure of the equipment listed manufacturing companies in Guangdong Province, to improve the operating performance measures and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
