Abstract


The current round of European sovereign debt crisis is the history of infection range , the impact of the crisis and one of the largest relief . In this paper, the European sovereign debt crisis as the research object , the process of combing through the crisis , study the causes of the crisis , the impact of , and critical analysis of the appropriate relief measures . Based on this outlook of the European sovereign debt crisis, prospects , analyze the impact of the crisis on China and the Chinese economic and financial development to bring enlightenment. Papers qualitative and quantitative analysis method of combining , through the relevant literature to summarize the information and analysis , while the use of quantitative indicators such as liquidity, risk indicators such as further described effects of the crisis and the extent of the spread . It concluded as follows : First, the European sovereign debt crisis was not caused by a single event , but rather evolved through three phases , which is different from the crisis, an important feature of the past . Secondly, the European sovereign debt crisis is jointly led by the three levels of reasons , that debtor countries , the EU and international factors . EU's institutional problems which are caused by the profound crisis of reason , it is the problem of the principal contradiction. And the contradictory constraints of EU member states will be long-term development . Thirdly, the European sovereign debt crisis from the point to the surface through infection, to debtor countries , the EU and the world economy have impacted . But the longer-term impact of the crisis has not yet fully apparent . In the next period of time will be more positive factors negative factors , Europe will face a more severe adjustment and slower economic recovery process . The fourth stage of the reform measures can not solve the root causes of the crisis . The ultimate way to solve the problem lies in the formation of political and economic integration of the European Union , if there is no unified political consciousness as a support, any reform of the euro would be meaningless . Fifth, the European sovereign debt crisis, China's financial market stability , undermine China 's exports to the EU , but also indirectly affect the Chinese monetary policy formulation and implementation. Meanwhile, the lessons of the crisis also prompted China to promote economic development, to pay attention to the potential risk of debt to avoid a similar crisis in Greece .
