Abstract


Development strategy is the enterprise in order to get the long-term survival anddevelopment, to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage and on the analysis of the internaland external environment resources and competence of the designed on the basis of thedevelopment goal, about enterprise to realize the goals of the ways and means of the overallprogram and plan, has the global, systematic and insufficiency and direction of characteristics.Based on the domestic and foreign relevant research literature on the deep analysis of thesystem, in the review of the development process of HSM company, based on the first use ofpotter five competitive forces model analysis on the industry status and competitors, then theBCG method will all the business enterprise management to do a whole analysis, finallythrough SWOT method for HSM company internal and external environment of theconditions are analyzed to identify and refining the enterprise have advantages anddisadvantages, opportunities and threats facing. On the basis of, in view of the presentsituation and the company itself HSM management challenges, make suitable for thesustainable development of its strategic, and how to implement strategies to ensure thestrategy of the development strategy of the effective implementation, realize the resources ofthe company of HSM effective integration, and construct their own competitive advantage,and sustainable development power.
