Abstract


Equipment manufacturing enterprises is featured as capital intensive enterprisewith various capital risks in day-to-day operation. Owing to its large investment of unitproduct and long money working period, equipment manufacturing enterprises arecommonly strapped for capital. The core concept of supply chain financing is toenhance the core competitiveness of enterprise supply chain by mutual cooperation ofcore enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, coordination of the capitalflow of the supply chain, to assist supply chain "short board " vulnerable small andmedium-sized enterprises to break the bottleneck of funding constrains.To effectivelyapply capital flow theory to supply chain management so as to provide new financingmodels for small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises. It hassignificant advantages on the financing cost and risk and operation, to systemic improvethe financial plight of small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises inChina.The paper is based on case analysis and the principle of practicality, selectingZhongshan LK machinery manufacturing enterprise supply chain financing model as aresearch direction. Meanwhile, this paper is based on the questionnaire survey data toanalyze the financing model of the small and medium-sized machinery manufacturingenterprise supply chain from both theory and empirical analysis. To analyze theimportance and necessity of financing supply chain modes in different developingstages combined with the LK machinery manufacturing enterprises in the actual case.Mode and effectiveness of the supply chain financing comparative summary, furtherresearch on this basis, the shortcomings of current LK machinery manufacturingenterprise supply chain financing model, in order to highlight the characteristics ofsmall and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprise supply chain financingmodel, and from an empirical point of view on the financing situation of LK machinerymanufacturing enterprises, and financing constraints. In order to solve LK enterpriseexisting problems of financing cost, efficiency, risks and the overall competitiveness ofthe supply chain problems, the paper put forward suitable supply chain financing model design and proposal for LK enterprise. In this paper, supply chain financing mode basedon the accounts receivable and supply chain financing mode based on the accountspayable, has strong referencial and demonstrative significance for small andmedium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises similar to LK enterprise.The study objectives are: to conduct an in-depth analysis of supply chain financingmode of LK machinery manufacturing enterprises in Zhongshan in past decades, suchas, the confirmation warehouse financing model, accounts receivable financing model,FTW financing model, and to carry out exploration to adapt LK machinerymanufacturing mode of the characteristics of corporate finance, therefore to advance thecomprehensive utilization of supply chain financing mode in similar small enterprises inZhongshan. Through information feedback and ideas of enlightenment, to promote itssuccessful experience in the industry, to select the appropriate supply chain financingmodel, to constantly optimize the financing structure and the resource allocation topromote a similar small machinery manufacturing enterprises, to achieve the goal ofhealth and sustainable development.
