Abstract


Schedule management is taking a scientific means defining project goals,schedule planning, then continue to grasp the real state of progress in the projectdevelopment process，and comparing the original plan, analysis of the deviation’scauses, Adjusted in time, to ensure timely completion of the project. Project schedulemanagement is always an important research subject in the field of engineeringconstruction, Many scholars have studied the progress management on Constructionproject, and Published a more mature theory of management process and controlmodel. But so far, there is little literature which research on project schedulemanagement about non-standard automation equipment design. Design ofNon-standard equipment industry started slowly in China. Design of Non-standardequipment’s management level is low, and lack of standard management systemwhich can be reference. In addition, the traditional concept that product design is thedesigner of the brain to stimulate innovative work, it is difficult to use generalproject management tools for schedule management.The article describes the basic theory of project schedule management. Analysisthe characteristics of design progress control about non-standard automationequipments. According to C company non-standard equipment design productionschedule management process, Then according to the actual project managementpractice it analysis of its management efficiency improvement and future direction.Through this research practice to provide the theory support for improving C innon-standard automation design progress control level. Conduce to company futurein non-standard automation development and the development of industry. Thencreate more and better design automation equipment, to liberate as boring repetitivework.
