Over the past forty years, the China Aerospace has established a relatively sound research and production system, the formation of a more mature model project management mode, the achievements made by China Aerospace also prove that this management model is effective. But with the changing market environment, the gradual increase of the space mission, the development cycle becoming shorter and shorter, resource conflicts became more acute, more and more sophisticated cost control requirements, the original model of program management mode and management tools can not meet the the needs of the new situation, there is an urgent need to use advanced project management methods to improve the ability to model the command and dispatch. In this paper, based on analysis of aerospace schedule management process, network planning methods and the base model, the first focuses on the multi-polar network planning model that corresponds with the space organization and management model for a multi-level network planning loop detection difficult, proposed a directed graph model for the detection loop multi-level network plan; Secondly, network planning methods select the key chain technology can be adapted to the multi-level network planning model. Key chain management is the rise in recent years as a network planning technique, especially suitable for the sort of limited resources available to the project duration optimization problem. Characteristics of model development, model development of critical chain management to improve the method of identifying key chain, put forward the concept of \; Finally, this paper models project progress control principle and types, detailed baseline comparison method, the progress of the front line law and key chain warning mechanism of three dynamic monitoring method principle and application process, as well as the schedule corrective and change the principle. Existing project management tools on the market can not be inherited space unique management experience, self-development with aerospace featuring models the entire project life cycle management system. In this context the, AVPLAN system came into being, according to the actual situation of China Aerospace, inherited the essence of aerospace systems engineering management, digestion and absorption of management experience in the same industry at home and abroad, the formation of Aerospace characteristics, with independent intellectual property rights project management software. On the basis of the research a number of key technologies in the aerospace project schedule management, design AVPLAN schedule management subsystem, practice the application of the system to achieve the effective control of the aerospace project progress.
