Abstract


The project scheduling management to the project’s success or not playing the key role, but the traditional project scheduling management methods based on the CPM and PERT because of their own defects has become increasingly difficult to adapt to the current project scheduling management requirements. Therefore, this article choose a more scientific and reasonable based on the critical chain technology project scheduling management method to research and analyze, and choose the China’s main nuclear power equipment manufacturer D company as the research object, the use of empirical analysis, comparative analysis and analysis of qualitative and quantitative methods, the basic principles of critical chain technology companies with the D company project schedule management present situation, combining research and analysis, analyzing the D company’s current project scheduling management of nuclear power equipment manufacture problems, finally conclude that the critical chain technology is more suitable for nuclear power equipment manufacture project scheduling management of D company than the traditional project scheduling management method by through comparing the results of two methods.First of all this article discusses the research background, significance, status and research contents, methods; then introduce the basic situation of D company, and highlights the status and problems of its project schedule management; in order to find the solution of D company’s problems facing the project scheduling management, this article introduce the basic knowledge of the critical chain technology and the improvement of the traditional scheduling project management method by critical chain technology, then set up a critical chain technology-based project schedule management system initially built vision based on theoretical basis of the relevant experts’research; In the empirical analysis, this article introduce the actual case of the D company project of nuclear power equipment(Steam Generator) manufacture scheduling management respectively the existing traditional project scheduling management method based on the CPM/PERT and the project scheduling management method based on the critical chain technology project management of the preparation and control of schedule, and through the results of both methods compared to verify the critical chain technology with better technology feasibility and stability than the existing traditional project schedule management method, it is better able to resolve the current nuclear power equipment manufacture project scheduling management main problem of D company faced, Although the specific application process encountered some problems, but these problems can take positive and effective measures to overcome and resolve. Therefore, the project scheduling management method based on the critical chain technology is more suitable for the progress of nuclear power equipment manufacture of D company, and provide the basis for the popularization and application of critical chain technology and project schedule management system initially construction based on critical chain technology in D company.
