Abstract


Software co- development , communication barriers exist due to the geographical dispersion of the developers will lead to the progress of the project there is a big risk , so the good progress of the project management method and system is a must . The progress of the traditional project management methods CPM / PERT ignoring resource constraints and human behavioral factors , there is a relatively large theoretical and technical defects , unable to meet the distributed software collaborative development in the progress of the project management needs . Critical chain method is a further development of the CPM / PERT , developed a more reasonable schedule , the schedule risk management more effective , suitable for software co- development of the project schedule management . Papers According to the characteristics of software co- development , key chain related methods . Recognition of the key chain , the first priority rule - based heuristic algorithm to generate a scheduling plan , and then identify key chain and software co- development of collaborative working relationship on the basis of the analysis , so that collaborative activities can have more synchronization time as the goal, the scheduling adjustment method .
