Abstract

Xinjiang also not been spared the impact of the world financial crisis, the overall economic downturn in 2009, Xinjiang's foreign trade volume dropped significantly, 2010, ostensibly Xinjiang's economy has begun Qiwen rebound, but the financial crisis Xinjiang of Foreign Trade and the strategic environment of significant change, and can eliminate the impact of non-short-term, the lessons from more worthy of serious summary and reflection. This article mainly related trade theory based first analyze the situation of the financial crisis, the strategic environment of Xinjiang's foreign trade. Mainly in terms of resource endowments, locational advantages, the comparative advantage of export commodities, as well as with neighboring countries trade complementary nature Xinjiang Foreign Trade of comparative advantage, in terms of infrastructure, industrial structure, enterprise scale, personnel structure to explore the Xinjiang disadvantage of foreign trade, pointing out that the situation of the financial crisis in Xinjiang Foreign Trade and the opportunities and challenges facing; Second, the situation of the financial crisis, the development of Xinjiang's foreign trade situation. Derived from the cointegration test analysis, there are long-term and stable relationship between Xinjiang's GDP and exports and imports, the export trade of Xinjiang role in promoting economic growth than import trade.
