Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, society andcustomers have an urgent increase fire safety requirements, and major industrialenterprises more and more attention to fire safety engineering. With the continuousexpansion of the scale of the fire engineering construction projects, project the face of theDebu uncertainty more and more. Due to the constant expansion of the project, due tolosses caused by a variety of risks expanding the project risk management put forwardhigher requirements. Traditional project risk management has been unable to adapt to thedevelopment needs of the market. So-depth study of fire engineering project riskmanagement, effective risk management for fire general contractor, has importanttheoretical and practical significance.In the present study, with emphasis on risk management issues of fire engineeringprojects under construction. A combination of theoretical and practical research methods,first on the basis of domestic and international data collection and literature readingintegrate existing risk management theory, risk management models to determine the fireengineering construction projects, combined with domestic academia and industryresearch summarized and commented to determine the thesis research gaps and researchsubjects. Subsequently, the company projects under construction in Beijing Metro Line6,an example case studies, detailed analysis of building fire protection engineering projectrisk identification, risk analysis, risk response and control of the whole process, and onthis basis, summarized and presented appropriate risk management strategies.In this study, to be innovative in the management of the whole process of thecomprehensive analysis of the science of fire engineering construction projectmanagement and risk management theory, and applied to working practices, in order toimprove the level of enterprise risk management. The main conclusions of the study, advanced fire engineering contractors have a risk management philosophy, attention tothe risks faced by the system identification. Fire engineering construction projectmanagement practices to guide day-to-day work, the whole process of risk managementof the project management system, according to the project needs to be changed,effective monitoring and management of project risks.
