Abstract


IT Outsourcing (IT Outsourcing) refers to part or all of the customers will be outsourced to a professional IT company completed the service model. In this paper, IT outsourcing services to enterprises as the goal, by setting the appropriate indicators to evaluate the application of the Balanced Scorecard system, to get a more suitable IT Outsourcing Expert enterprise evaluation system. A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, by an IT outsourcing service enterprises empirical analysis concludes: IT outsourcing services can improve the performance of both companies. From the social perspective, the overall benefits society as a whole has improved. For IT Outsourcing Expert enterprises, improve the performance of internal operations, making the performance evaluation results only through financial performance superior to the results obtained.
