Abstract


Chinese enterprises developed faster, enterprise groups has gradually become themain body of Chinese economy, the important role they play are also constantlyupgrading, but in recent years the developed enterprise group mostly focus on the scale ofdevelopment large-scale enterprise groups, coupled with the complex organizationalstructure, making the management of enterprise groups in China is becoming moreprominent in the business growth on the road.The more important management issues, while allowing managers of manyenterprise groups are headache problem is the financial problems of the enterprise group.Financial problems is a corporate core of the problem while the financial management ofthe most important of is own your management, a large-scale conglomerate If there is nostrong fund management as a strong backing then enterprises unable to move, is theso-called clever women cook a meal without rice, the enterprise normal operationrequires the unimpeded flow of funds to do to protect, so the fatal problem of capitalmanagement issues for any business enterprise.Enterprise groups in terms of difficulty of the huge size and complexity of theorganizational structure are enterprise funds management, so in terms of the EnterpriseGroup, to manage the Group’s capital is even more difficult than the average singleenterprise. China’s existing enterprise groups in the management of funds barelyfunctioning, but there is a very serious problem of idle capital and waste of money, a fatalproblem in terms of enterprise groups, so an effective funding for the design of enterprisegroups management program is an urgent problem.The introduction of the ERP information platform in fund management can notonly provide the convenience of information delivery, as well as the transfer and sharingof other resources of the enterprise group to provide a good platform, but the ERPapplications alone can not meet demand for enterprise groups in China in the fundsmanagement only the functionality of the ERP information platform and enterprise fundsmanagement and corporate management model and culture, together, can play the ERPand the maximum effect. Traditional funds management processes on the basis of theERP process reengineering, ERP in the baking of the financial management of theenterprise group fully play its role. This article is committed to the restructuring of thefinancial management processes of the ERP information platform of enterprise groups inChina, First This paper reviews the background of the capital management process reengineering in ERP environment, purpose, significance and research status at home andabroad, followed by China Enterprise Group problems in fund management and analysisof the need to improve the baking, the necessity of enterprise groups in China fundmanagement process reengineering, again in the comprehensive description of thefeasibility of the reorganization of the ERP information platform for enterprise groups inChina fund management process and necessity, funds management model in the ERPplatform to build enterprise groups, on the basis of enterprise groups in China fundmanagement process, process reengineering, and restructuring process and analyze thereasons for and explain.
