Study on Correlation among Pressure、 General Happiness, and Psychological Health of Coal Miners

Abstract


We have almost 7,000,000 coal miners in our country, it is a huge special professional community. Their working condition is very terrible and they have to face more tremendous pressure. So coal miners’psychological health is more and more important for us. To explore the correlation of Sense of General Happiness and Pressure and Psychological Health and the Relationship among the three, A total of 92 coal miners were administered by 3 scales, and 88 of the coal miners’scales were available. Using correlation analysis and inspection, regression analysis, study the relationships among the three.The results revealed that:①the coal miners have more pressure, lower psychological health and general happiness②General Happiness, Pressure and Psychological Health are positively correlated. Pressure of coal miners are Inverse correlated with their General Happiness and Psychological Health; Psychological Health of coal miners is positively correlated with their General Happiness.③There were differences of General Happiness, Pressure and Psychological Health among different Healthy, the interpersonal relationship, the spouse relate, financial circumstance coal miners.④There were differences of Pressure and Psychological Health among different General Happiness. There were differences of General Happiness, Pressure among different Psychological Health.⑤Pressure and Psychological Health proved to be a strong predictor of General Happiness, which Pressure completely mediated the role of Psychological Health played on General Happiness.
