Abstract


As the main power for the economic development of Inner Mongolia, small and medium-sized enterprises play important roles for promoting the econonic development as well as for increasing the employment. Their characteristics and influencing factors have been receiving attention of academic circle. It proved by a great deal of fact that only a few number of enterprises can finance from some financial organizations like banks. Judging from the current situation, the financing channel of the small and medium-sized enterprises still mainly concentrate in the indirect financing like bank loans. If the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises are not effectively addressed, their development will seriously be restricted.In this paper, taking small and medium enterprises in Inner Mongolia as the research object, the author analyzes the environmental factors restricting the financing mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in Inner Mongolia. seeks for the main reason of difficultis existing in small and medium-sized enterprise financing pattern innovation and dicusses how to design and cultivate the innovation according with the financing mode of small and medium enterprises in Inner Mongolia in reference to the experience of the United States. Taiwan and other developed countries and regions.
